Excitement is in the air following the opening of a new shop at the corner of 2nd Street and Pacific Coast Highway. For months, locals have wondered about what would fill the space, which used to occupy Ruby’s Diner. The wait is finally over.

Additionally, Wild Fork promises that the quality of their meats can be tasted through their special preservation process. They use a blast freezing technology with their proteins to carry “straight from the farm” flavor and freshness directly to your plate. Tulsiani explained that “The benefit of blast freezing is that it allows you to retain all the flavor, juiciness, and nutrients in the various products.”
Expanding To Long Beach
Wild Fork aims to serve as many consumers as possible, which is quickly manifesting through its eagerness to provide more and more neighborhoods with quality foods.
With over 45 locations across the country, Wild Fork’s presence is growing quickly. In Southern California alone, they already have six stores up and running, with the Long Beach location now being the seventh.
