“LOVE & BEACH”

Stephanie and Kenneth met in the fall of 2010, at a club in Long Beach called Khoury’s, now Ballast Point. They started dating on February 2, 2012, and filled the time going to concerts, sporting events, museums, grocery shopping, and eating lots of yummy food! They love animals and adopted their dog, Milhouse, a rat terrier mix, from spcaLA Long Beach on August 7, 2022. Kenneth proposed on March 3, 2023, and, of course, Stephanie said yes! They were married in their beloved city of Long Beach on July 7, 2024, at Hotel Maya with their amazing family & friends and Milhouse as their ring bearer!

“We wanted to get married in our favorite city, Long Beach, because it’s where we met, fell in love, and currently live,” said Stephanie. “Hotel Maya provided us with breathtaking views of Long Beach that included the famous Queen Mary in the beautiful background. We love this city because we enjoy the beaches, the diversity, the local shops, and being in a city with a hometown vibe.”

Both now work at CSULB and share a love for shopping local. They made a point to feature their favorite Long Beach small businesses on their wedding website: 1. 555 Steakhouse: Our favorite steakhouse ever! 2. Mezcalero 3.
